Welcome to momzwear! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use momzwear.com or buy from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

momzwear ("we", "us") is operated by Momzwear, Dubai Investments Park 2 (DIP 2), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: help@momzwear.com.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
You agree to give accurate information (including your name, email and shipping address) and to use the store only for lawful, personal purposes.
We may refuse or cancel orders, or restrict accounts, that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, for resale, or in breach of these Terms.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities, or decline or cancel any order (for example if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error). If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and pricing errors

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where applicable, and shipping are shown at checkout.
We may change prices and promotions at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
We try hard to list everything correctly, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price or with wrong details, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received an order confirmation. Where possible, we'll first offer you the item at the correct price.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal (including card payments through PayPal). By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method. We don't store your card details.

5. Promotions and gifts

Discount codes and promotions (such as our launch gift) are subject to the terms shown with them. Unless stated otherwise, they can't be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to past orders. Free gifts are available while supplies last and may ship separately. We may end or change a promotion at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates, shipping costs, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. Title to and risk of loss for items pass to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Product information and sizing

We aim to show products accurately, but colors may look different on your screen, and small variations in fabric, color and finish can occur between batches.
Size charts and fit notes are guides only. Measurements are approximate (often within 1–3 cm / about 1 inch), sizing can differ from other brands, and bodies change a lot during pregnancy and after birth. Please check each product's size chart before ordering, and contact us if you're unsure. Wrong-size returns are treated as change of mind under our Refund and Returns Policy.
For baby clothes, always follow the age and size guidance, care labels and safety warnings, and never leave a baby unattended with loose clothing, ties or small parts.

8. Health information

Our maternity, nursing and postpartum products (including shapewear and support garments) are clothing, not medical devices. Nothing on our store is medical advice. Please talk to your doctor or midwife before using compression or shapewear during pregnancy or after birth, especially after a C-section, and stop using any item that causes discomfort.

9. Our content

All content on our store (text, images, logos and design) belongs to momzwear or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission. If you post a review, you allow us to display it on our store and marketing. Please keep reviews honest and respectful.

10. Disclaimer

Apart from the guarantees in our policies and any rights you have by law, our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the store will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (such as lost profits or data) arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any losses we suffer because you misused our store or broke these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the US, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your state, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right straight away, that doesn't mean we've waived it. These Terms and our policies are the entire agreement between you and us about using our store.
