Shipping: We ship within the United States. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 5–10 business days from our US warehouses (10–20 business days for some items shipped from overseas). Free standard US shipping on orders of $49 or more; $4.99 flat rate below that. Every order is tracked.

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, panties, underwear and shapewear can't be returned unless they arrive faulty, damaged or wrong.
